Steps to Open a Ticket

Using any "Contact us" form will raise a ticket.

Pay the Ticket Fee
Support fee can be paid on website or invoice pay.
Ensure your ticket fee is paid. This is a prerequisite for requesting any support services. Tickets submitted without paying the ticket fee, are submitted with low priority.
Visit the "Need Help" Page
Go to the Need Help? page on our website.
Complete the "Service Request" Form
Fill out the "Service Request" form with the required details. You will need to provide your approved estimate for service to complete the form.
Email Reply Option
Alternatively, you can open a ticket by using any contact us form. Then reply to the email with the subject "Contact Request Received - Ticket Number#" to request expedited service. (Tickets escalated with high priority, a $60 Fee is added to final invoice)
By following these steps, your ticket will be opened with low to medium priority, and our support team will prioritize your request to ensure a timely resolution.
