To ensure your support requests are handled efficiently, Logic Repair provides a streamlined process for opening tickets. Follow the steps below to request services after paying your ticket fee. 


Steps to Open a Ticket 


Contact Us


Using any "Contact us" form will raise a ticket.


Use the contact form or widget on our website, Logicrepair.net or Contact US! – Logic Repair 


Pay the Ticket Fee 


Support fee can be paid on website or invoice pay.

Ensure your ticket fee is paid. This is a prerequisite for requesting any support services. Tickets submitted without paying the ticket fee, are submitted with low priority.

Visit the "Need Help" Page 


Go to the Need Help? page on our website.


Complete the "Service Request" Form 


Fill out the "Service Request" form with the required details. You will need to provide your approved estimate for service to complete the form.


Email Reply Option 


Alternatively, you can open a ticket by using any contact us form. Then reply to the email with the subject "Contact Request Received - Ticket Number#" to request expedited service. (Tickets escalated with high priority, a $60 Fee is added to final invoice) 


By following these steps, your ticket will be opened with low to medium priority, and our support team will prioritize your request to ensure a timely resolution.
